Finance & Legal Affairs Manager
Description
Included but not limited to Financial Planning, Corporate Finance Analyses, Financial SOPs Development and Implementation, Taxation Management, Quotation Management, Contracts and Coordination with Corporate Lawyers.
Experience
Minimum 2 years working experience in finance department - corporate finance experience will be preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in a research organization/ NGO.
Qualifications
MBA Finance/ Charter in Accountancy preferred. Any other suitable financial degree will also be considered.
